Norsk rikskringkasting [Norwegian broadcasting] (hereafter called NRK) hereby invite tenderers to an open tender competition for entry into a framework agreement for access control and security technical installations.
The framework agreement is comprehensive and shall primarily be connected to services and equipment in many different executions, but it may also be used for the purchase of new technical aids which naturally belong to the area.
