The facility is located in the leisure area at Strandsaga directly outside of central Brumunddal at Mjøsa. The contract comprises the establishment of a new playground and completion of the surrounding area, around the skating rink and street basketball court, which were established in a previous contracts. The works consists of green and grey works, as well as the delivery of furniture in the park and playground.
