NAV has been given an assignment by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to initiate an attempt to implement follow-up measures with performance-based funding of follow-up. The aim of carrying out the follow-up initiative with result based financing is to examine whether a financing model that involves payments of grants to the initiative organiser depends on the transition to employment and holding down a job for participants, stimulates good result achievement as regards the transition to work in the follow-up initiative.
