The Contracting Authority shall procure a new solution for digital safety alarms as replacement for the current analogue alarm system. The new solution should be able to provide a response centre with healthcare staffing, and the possibility to use the response services locally as needed. The agreement shall comprise both establishment, follow-up such as notification of technical errors and corrections/replacement of equipment etc., training and maintenance.
The volume is approx. 120 alarms in the districts and 30-40 in the sheltered accommodations.
