The Norwegian Armed Forces needs maintenance services for military materiel, primarily in Central Norway. The Norwegian Armed Forces wants to explore the possibility that the Service Provider may be included as a structural element in the Norwegian Armed Forces' strength structure and contribute to the delivery of materiel availability for military materiel systems. There are a number of requirements that the Service Provider must meet.
