Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF has received an order for the preliminary project Vinkelveien 7. The final budgetary discussion /order for the execution will be available by the middle of December 2017.
In order for the project to reach critical milestones a tender contest for a turnkey contractor must be implemented provided that allocations are granted in the next budgetary procedure. The project manager and Omsorgsbygg Oslo's managing director have agreed that the project shall be implemented regardless this contractual assumption.
