Ås municipality, on behalf of Ski, Oppegård, Frogn, Vestby, Nesodden, Enebakk and Ås municipalities, wants to enter into a contract for management of the Establishment service in Follo for the period 1.1.2018-31.12.2020. The Establishment service shall offer guidelines and courses in relation to establishing own business.
