The Sanitation Department (REN) needs a contract to ensure a downstream system (reception place, sorting and processing) of bulky waste from commercial subscribers (commercial waste). In addition REN shall have an option for the receipt and processing of Rusken waste and unsold jumble from jumble sales as well as the hire of containers.
