The Norwegian Coastal Administration [Kystverket] shall procure a Remote Measuring System/a Sensor Pack for KV Svalbard, where the primary function of the system shall be the detection of oil on the ocean.
The procurement also includes an option on a system equivalent to one of the Norwegian Coastal Administration's oil recovery vessels.
