FinEst Smart Mobility – West Harbor and Old City Harbor just-in-time queuing system for Heavy Good Vehicles

In this tender we’ll procure pilot 1 from the FinEst Smart Mobility project’s “Go to Hellinn!” innovation challenge (annex 2). In pilot 1 we are looking for just-in-time queuing system for heavy good vehicles arriving to Helsinki West Harbor and Tallinn Old City Harbor. Content of this procurement is described in more detail in this rfp and annex documents. Tender material is produced in English and in Finnish.
