The objective of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with three service providers to cover the municipality's need for external assistance with consulting and engineering services in their projects for the next four year period.
VK is responsible for both new construction and rehabilitation of the municipality's buildings, and in this connection executes all phases of the construction process. This encompasses reports, draft project, preliminary project, detailed project, tender offer, construction and warranty phases.
