Bærum kommune wants dialogue with the market in order to find out if there is interest for a commercially driven tender that covers the regulation requirement for the municipally owned public parking places. The municipality needs a solution with suitable technology where the charge offer is correctly dimensioned in regard to the enquiry and requirement from the public. A financing model with user payment is desirable to cover the investment and operation.
These procurements will be carried out as a subsequent process in accordance with the procurement law and procurement regulations.
