The Norwegian Coastal Administration [Kystverket], hereafter called the Contracting Authority, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition with negotiations in connection with the Procurement of service boat MS Torungen to OV Ryvingen — the Norwegian Coastal Administration's shipping company.
The vessel shall be constructed and equipped as a service boat for work which will take place independent of the mother vessel.
The cost frame is set at 6 000 000 000 NOK, the procurement is excluding VAT.
Option: an option will be agreed upon for one additional vessel that can be triggered by 30.6.2018.
