The establishment of a framework agreement for the hire and assignments for the following 3 specialised disciplines:
I. Railway engineering discipline,
II. Disciplines related to the operation of a tunnel drilling machine (TBM),
III. Other technical disciplines.
Each of the 3 specialised disciplines are divided in the following competence matrix:
1. Production management (Hire),
2. Consultant engineer (Assignments),
3.Various specialised services (Assignments).
