The contracting authority requests tenders for a framework agreement concerning the delivery of frost indicators for temperature regulated shipment of medicines to Sykehusapotekene HF [the Hospital Pharmacies], the Hospital Pharmacies West, the Hospital Pharmacies Mid Norway and the Hospital Pharmacies North. The frost indicator must be suitable for use on more than one shipment, if frost has not been detected.
The Hospital pharmacies use different transporters and the shipment time is varying.
The Hospital pharmacies deliver medicinal products and other pharmacy good for private and professional customers, where special requirements are made in relation to monitoring the temperature during transport and until the product is delivered at the end-client. The contracting authority therefore wants to procure frost indicators for monitoring the level of frost during the entire shipment period of medicinal.
