Oslo municipality, c/o Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF, hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition for a service contract for the snow production installations and a framework agreement for snow canons etc. at Holmenkollen national arena. 2 separate contracts shall be signed; 1 for the service of the snow production installations at Holmenkollen and a framework agreement for the procurement of snow production equipment for this arena. The same tenderer will be awarded both contracts.
