The objective of the assignment is to undertake a broad review the existing schemes in the climate policy in order to assess the orientation and efficiency of the measures. Cost and objective efficiency shall be assessed against Norway's goal for the climate policy in 2030 and 2050. The product shall be a report, prepared with a view to publication. The report shall be written in Norwegian and the last deadline for completion is 5.1.2018.
