The objective of the procurement is to enter into agreement with a supplier to cover Boligbygg's [The Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing's] need for internal control, electro. At present the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing has an agreement for this area that expires 1.11.2017, and needs to replace this after the expiry date. The agreement comprises IC-electro,closing minor deviations, reporting and possibly relevant additional services.
System for IC-electro shall be established in the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing's own properties. Altogether, approx. 6 000 flats in approx. 150 properties will be included in the assignment. The Contracting Authority wants approx. 1 000 flats controlled per year.
