Flytoget would like to develop its own IT operational model by establishing standardised services to the greatest possible degree on a cloud based platform, with a high degree of flexibility and availability, based on consumption costs.
Where possible and expedient, the applications shall be delivered as services with contractual availability and a high degree of flexibility with a focus on security.
The new operational model shall meet Flytoget's current and future requirements for IT operational services and it shall include 1st line services for all relevant systems, independent of who delivers the application or platform.
