The contract shall cover pest control for all types of pests, both outdoor (mice, rats, ants, birds, etc.) and indoor (bedbugs, cockroaches, silverfish, lice, fleas, etc.) The list of pests is not exhaustive. A service contract shall be offered for rats, mice and rodents, as well as hourly rates for turn-outs. For other pests, birds, etc. (outdoor) and bedbugs, cockroaches, silverfish, lice, fleas, etc. (indoor), hourly rates shall be offered for turn-outs. Everything that is not included in the service contract or the hourly rates must be priced separately (e.g. price per meter of bird deterrents, any price per trap, etc.).
