The Planning and Building agency (PBE) intends to implement a procurement for system support for special fields and administrative case processing. Special fields are in this context defined as cases related to planning, properties and building applications. The objective of this RFI is to notify the market about the future procurement, and simultaneously receive information from the market which shall provide the contracting authority the best possible basis for the future procurement process. Based on inputs from the RFI, the contracting authority will make assessments if non-binding following up meetings shall be held with service providers of systems considered relevant for the contracting authority.
