The maximum financial obligation for ordinary services under the contract will be 2 400 000 NOK excluding VAT. 3000000.00 FFI has negotiated an hourly based framework agreement with AF Decom AS for the collection, receipt and destruction (IMT) of explosives, as well as consultancy services within the same area. The maximum financial obligation for ordinary services under the contract will be 2 400 000 NOK excluding VAT. The services shall be carried out in connection with a development assignment within searches for explosives by dogs, where FFI carries out assignments in different parts of the country. The services that shall be provided for FFI require tenderers to have a valid licence from the Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) for the collection, receipt and destruction of unexploded bombs of an unknown age, type and condition. Furthermore self-documented competence and experience is required from work with explosive search dogs. The relevance and level will be evaluated by FFI. Language abilities equivalent to Norwegian as a first language is required for executing personnel. As parts of the work will be carried out in cooperation with the Norwegian Defence, participating personnel might have to be security cleared at times. The combination of dog competence and experience, together with IMT certification is not generally available in the Norwegian market. AF Decom AS has, through its own projects, developed such knowledge and has personnel available with the necessary expertise. Additional information: Norwegian citizens, or people who have lived in Norway for 10 years or more, will normally be security cleared within 2 months. The process will normally take 8 months for persons from other countries. FFI has negotiated a contract with AF Decom AS for the provision of such services until 31.12.2018, with an option for a 6 month extension. FFI reckons on start-up as soon as possible. FFI is not aware of other suppliers. 1 2017-05-01 AF Decon Oslo 3000000.00 3000000.00 Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt Kjeller Klagenemnda for offentlige anskaffelser Postboks 439 Sentrum Bergen 5805 +47 55597500 post@kofa.no +47 55597599 http://www.kofa.no/ 2017-05-05
