The aim of the procurement is that it shall contribute to the Contracting Authority always — also in school holidays — having access to the necessary staff to ensure responsible and legal operation of its units within nursing and welfare. The framework agreement shall cover all municipal entities, including nursing homes, day centres, children's homes, respite care homes and home based services in the municipality. The contract can also cover municipal companies, limited etc., in which the Contracting Authority is clearly the largest owner.
