The contracting authority wishes to enter into an agreement with a provider for the procurement of one or several business certificate(s)/user location certificate(s) and services thereof, for machine signing of outgoing Pdf documents and BIDXML documents, as well as inspection/ validation services of submitted BIDXML documents signed by addressers by using one or several personal certificates and/or a user location certificate.
