NHH's (the Norwegian School of Economics) original buildings, the Main Building from 1963 shall be renovated. The main buildings have a total area of 12 527 m2 divided between high-rise, low-rice buildings, an assembly hall, and a representational premise. The Main Building contains most of the technical plants which are located in the low-rice buildings The Main Building is centrally situated at campus, and it connects the 2 other buildings in the building complex. The contracting authority wishes to enter into a contract with a turnkey contractor for interaction in the early stage of the renovation works, in order to ensure early involvement of execution competence, and the best possible basis prior to the execution works. By the end of this stage, the contracting authority will enter into a regular turnkey contract with a fixed price for the execution stage.
