The subsidy scheme ‘Klimasats’ is a national subsidy scheme for climate measures in Norwegian municipalities. The scheme was established in 2016. The scheme is administered by the Norwegian Environment Agency. The Norwegian Environment Agency requests tenders for the process evaluation of the subsidy scheme.
