See the annexes. Quality 50 Price 50 Service contract. The current solution on mobile devices, web-software and web-mapping is developed by TracID in Stavanger. TracID has their main focus in the oil sector and can no longer serve the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research and the needs for further development and servicing of the software used. Previous employees of TracID, who were responsible for the development of the current software solutions including programming of the solutions for mobile devices, web software and mapping, now work for the company Smart Sea System. The reason that the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research wants to use Smart Sea Systems is that the programmer of the current systems, who is located at Smart Sea Systems, has thorough knowledge of the entire software, and will be able to translate and further develop the current software solutions without the involvement of researches from the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research. The current solutions were developed over 2 to 3 years in collaboration with two of the Institute's researchers who also used much of their time on the project linked to all processing of the various data, analysis and estimations carried out. The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research does not have the capacity to follow up in the same manner, and therefore wants to use Smart Sea, who can perform this with minimal support of our researchers. 2017/381 Software for recapturing methodology for RFID herring tagging. 2017-03-06 Smart Sea Systems AS Professor Olav Hanssens vei 7A Stavanger 4021 +47 99265797 post@smartsea.no http://www.smartsea.no/Hjem 1500000.00 1500000.00 Havforskningsinstituttet Postboks 1870 Nordnes Bergen 5817 +47 55852300 postmottak@imr.no 2017-03-07
