NK intends to take over the school pavilions that are established by Akershus county for the alteration of Bjertnes sixth form college. NK would like to enter into a hire contract for the same school pavilions with CRAMO AS on the same terms and AFK has in its framework agreement. The approx. size of the barracks school is 4 500 m 2 . NK would like to hire the barracks in the period June 2008 — June 2022. 30000000.00 Bjertnes. Akershus county is establishing a module school for the school year 2017/2018, with NK taking over the hire contract for the following school years until 2022. Total 5 years. The site that the temporary school shall be established on is cadastral/title numbers 14/330, 14/718 and 14/1219, a total of approx. 5.5 decares. The gross area for the temporary school will be approx. 4 500 m 2. AFK has a framework agreement with CRAMO AS for school pavilions, which they will use for the establishment of a temporary school for the school year 2017-2018. NK would like to enter into a hire contract for the same school pavilions with CRAMO AS on the same terms and AFK has in its framework agreement. The particularly advantageous terms, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 letter f, are: — The fixed costs for establishing the rigging, disassembly and infrastructure will be split between AFK and NK during the cooperation on the temporary school. Both AFK and NK will profit economically with the cooperation. — Local neighbours will not risk 2 temporary schools being built and demolished on the same site in the same year. They will not have to put up with noise and dust from unnecessary double work.
