The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency wants to use this contest to enter into framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers who have the resources to cover all of the disciplines and work assignments needed for development, upgrading, maintenance and support of the finance management platform as well as be an advisor for UBW's systems.
