The contracting authority is making its procurement processes more efficient and shall procure an electronic system for tender management (TMS) and electronic contract follow-up (CAS) with:
— Support for:
— Creating and publishing procurement documents;
— Receive tenders, evaluate and award contracts;
— Functionality for contract administration;
— Reporting functionalities for Statsbygg's procurements and procurement practice;
— Able to integrate with the contracting authority's archive system (P360 Online Software Innovation, TIETO, provided as a cloud service), with continual transfer from the TMS to an archive of all communication worthy of being archived.
