Premier Support: Microsoft will assist in the preparation of a delivery plan, proactive services and the establishment of systems on Microsoft technology. Microsoft Premier Support's approach is to identify and solve potential challenges in order to ensure that critical ICT services at the Norwegian Railway Directorate provide a smooth, reliable and available platform. The deliveries will consist of strategic documents and the sharing of relevant knowledge that shall ensure paths are taken in accordance with Microsoft's recommended tested practice. 520000.00 The agreement period is 1 year. Microsoft Premier Support also offers RaaS — ‘Risk Assessment as a Service’.
