Norad will enter into a framework agreement with a supplier who can assist with the technical and practical implementation of various events. In some cases it may involve streaming of event. Other times we want assistance with both the practical and technical implementation of an event, such as participant registration, choice of premises, etc. For larger seminars and conferences, Norad needs expanded assistance with the planning and production implementation. The events will mainly take place in Norad's own premises or in other premises in Oslo.
