The purpose of this agreement is for the Consultant to assist the MPE by providing information on the markets for Natural Gas Liquids (NGL), i.e. ethane, propane, butane, naphtha and field condensate, and particularly on the marketing of gas liquids from the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). The main focus should be the European NGL market, but with the increasing globalisation of NGL trade the markets in American and Asian are also of interest.
