This procurement is for all buildings as well as the accompanying outside areas that the contracting authority has as its disposals at its sites at Haraldrud Energy Recovery Facility and Romerike Biogas Facility. The assignment includes contractor services for general maintenance/renovation and equivalent assignments for buildings and outside areas, as well as minor extensions.
The extent of the services that are expected to be procured is approx. 7 000 000-8 000 000 NOK per annum. This amount is an estimate based on historical figures and the contracting authority will not give any guarantees for the future volume nor is the amount binding for the contracting authority.
