The Main Contract Architect in this project consists of all carpenter work as well as roofing, steel staircases and railings, painting, floor and wallpapering work, facade plastering, sun screening and fixed fixtures. Washing the building is also included in this contract.
The contract does not include locks and fittings and industrial kitchen equipment.
