The Norwegian Correctional Services, and in particular the Directorate of Correctional Services (KDI) has a regular need for expertise in the entire ICT area. The Contracting Authority has good internal all-round competence in the field and mainly has, therefore, a need for expertise within the different services specified below, but not limited to them. Futhermore, at times there will also be a need for more general ICT — Operations competence in order to help at times when our personnel have a heavy workload.
