The procurement of RPSM shall cover the contracting authority's need. Systems have been developed in the project in the last three years and the need for development will continue after the RPSM system has been chosen. Consideration must be given to the fact that the extent can significantly change over the course of the contract's lifetime. The system will initially cover KAD, the emergency doctor surgery, observation ward and the rehabilitation department at Aker.
