The purpose of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements prioritized to meet the municipalities requirements for external assistance for consulting and engineering services concerning their projects for the next 4 period. All participating municipalities, except Åsnes municipality, shall enter into a joint framework agreement with one provider for HVAC, and one provider for area planning and plan processes.
