The Norwegian Building Authority (DiBK) hereby invites tenderers to apply for a service concession for access to Fellestjenester Bygg. Fellestjenester Bygg will be located on Altinn and is a platform that offers submission services with control of applications before they are sent to the municipality. The first, simplified version will be developed in 2016 and shall contain a simple validation of application information and distribution to relevant municipalities in a standard format. The platform is committed to be a support for the development of user friendly and commercially viable services, and does not set restrictions in relation to different types of service design and utilisation of new technological opportunities.
