Finpro is looking for a consultant/company (from here onwards “consultant”) to prepare and test a new business approach and entry model in Colombia and Turkey. The consultant will analyze how advanced the countries are in becoming a modern circular economy and specifically analyze what is the local situation in waste/biomass utilization, existence of related ecosystems and the respective competition landscape. and Based on that knowledge the consultant shall create a plan to develop a local business concept and entry model adaptable to the country in question. Preferably the approach and concept would allow the consultant to participate itself in implementing a BOO(T) based business model.

Tenderers’ information requests, if any, shall be delivered in English by 25.8.2016, 12.00 pm (Finnish local time) by e-mail to the following e-mail address: tendering@finpro.fi.
Information requests should include proper contact information and the subject field of the e-mail message should include the following reference: info request W2EB – Colombia and Turkey.
Finpro will provide answers at the same time to all tenderers who delivered proper contact details to the above mentioned e-mail address. In order to ensure equal treatment of tenderers in the procedure Finpro will not reply to any information requests by phone.
