In this competition Bufdir would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer (with possible sub-suppliers/collaboration partners) that will cover all communication assignments within foster home recruitment. We have had good target achievement in previous campaigns, but we see that we still have challenges connected to the aim of recruiting correct and a sufficient number of foster homes. We would therefore like strategic advice as to how we ought to set up a more long term plan for the communication and campaign work and assistance with the implementation of the plan.
The assignments in the framework agreement will otherwise include development, implementation and evaluation of campaigns, particularly in digital and social media, digital marketing/media placement, film production and the production of information and stand material. The assignments can also include other services as described in point 2 above.
Bufdir would like a tenderer for communication services within foster home recruitment so that there is a clear, consistent and long term line in campaigns and profiling for foster home recruitment.
