The Norwegian Public Roads Administration uses campaigns as 1 of many measures i.a. in order to improve traffic safety in Norway. With this agreement, the Contracting Authority want to enter into framework agreements with 1 media agency primarily for consulting and distribution of the traffic safety campaigns during the agreement period. The following assignment may be included in the procurement: Reserve space on all channels that are relevant for the campaign budget, the material and the target group. Consulting to secure satisfactory coverage, relevance and frequency — Ensure that the assessments behind the recommendations are based on objective measurements of viewers, readers, users and radio listeners — Inform and update the Contracting Authority on trends and changes in the media market — Testing and evaluation of communications initiatives/campaigns.
