Stavanger municipality's main bank contract expires 31.12.2016. The market is therefore invited to a dialogue meeting 14 June 2016, 10:00-11:30 in the town hall in the centre of Stavanger.

Dialogue meeting — new main bank contract for Stavanger municipality.
Stavanger municipality would like to be able to make use of the development that has occurred within banks in recent years and is therefore asking suppliers for input on what a potential supplier believes should be emphasised in the coming procurement. This can be input on what both the award criteria and requirement specifications ought to be. At the same time we register that the service spectrum for the bank industry is developing rapidly and we would also like input as to which new services can be naturally seen as within a modern main bank contract, as well as what services are no longer seen as pure bank products.
The main aim of the dialogue meeting is that the municipality, in dialogue with suppliers, shall highlight and discuss its needs, challenges and possibilities connected to the procurement, as well as getting suggestions for good ways to meet these.
The suggestions from the tenderers will be an important contribution to covering the needs for users in a better contract for all parties.
The municipality will present the needs and challenges connected to the procurement at the dialogue meeting as a basis for discussion. The meeting minutes will be published on Doffin/TED. After the conference, suppliers will be able to come with suggestions for the procurement in writing and possibly through 1 on 1 meetings.
Time and place: Tuesday, 14 June, 10:00-11:30 in the Foredragssalen in the Town Hall, Øvre Kleivegate 15, Stavanger. Meet and register in the reception on the 5th floor in the town hall. The contracting authority will meet the participants here.
Target group: Suppliers with an interest in providing a main bank contract.
Registration: Register with lauritz.haarr.d.y@stavanger.kommune.no as soon as possible and by the end of Friday, 10.6.2016. Please provide information about how many will be present from your company. Registration is not required, but we would like companies to register so that we can estimate how much room we need.
