Oslo municipality c/o the Health Agency (HEL) invites tenderers to a dialogue conference for a planned procurement within welfare technology, aimed at the establishment of a joint infrastructure.
HEL is responsible for coordinating work with welfare technology in Oslo municipality. A project has been started to establish an ICT system that provisionally has the name ‘Welfare technology information hub’. This project is in the planning phase and we would like a dialogue with the market as input for the information basis for future choices.
The aim is to get the best possible knowledge of alternative system approaches and a good understanding of what the market can offer, both today and what can be expected in coming years.
