DSS plans to announce a tender competition for switchboard and call centre services for the National Service Centre in Engerdal (SSiE) and DSS central in the Government Quarter in Oslo. SSiE belongs administratively to DSS. This prior information notice aims to ensure the possibility of relevant tenderers to participate in the tender competition, and to ensure that DSS/SSiE receive the right services for the right price.
The current system is the result of a procurement carried out in 2010, and attached to this announcement is the requirement specification from 2010, to give insight into what was required of the system in 2010. A column has been added and called "Tender 2016", and some of the individual points have had comments added.
The objective of this announcement is to obtain input regarding the possibilities for the system in general and particularly the requirement specification, but also to know how many and who are potential tenderers for such a system.
A document with questions for the tenderers is also attached. Due to time restraints, brief and firm answers are desired, (General documentation such as brochures etc. is also desired).
A document has also been attached describing the current system and the desired system in general.
Therefore there are three documents attached:
1. Requirement Specification from 2010, with comments;
2. Questions;
3. Description of the system.
DSS notes that the content in all of the documents and this announcement are preliminary and some changes must be expected.
Responses should be returned by 29.4.2016, and can be sent via email to anskaffelser@dss.dep.no Note: Emails over 20 MB must be split up so that each email does not exceed the limit.
The email should have the subject field: "16/256 Switchboard and Call Centre Services c/o Remi Ludvigsen".
If information should arise making it relevant for DSS to request more comprehensive information from the tenderers, we would appreciate a contact person being nominated in the response.
The procurement itself will be announced later in 2016, probably in summer (NB. The date 29.4.2016 in point. II.6 is for the submission of responses to this RFI, not the point in time for the announcement of the competition).
