Hankinta: Vehicles to Amman

Finn Church Aid, Kirkon Ulkomaanavun säätiö, is a Non-Governmental Organization based in Finland with a Regional office in Jordan.

The Organization invites tenders from credible firms to supply two 4x4 passenger vehicles. Technical specifications defined in the Request for Proposal.

Vehicles shall be delivered to Amman.

All bids should be sent to the FCA Office, 20 Al Kafour street, Umm Al Somaq OR P.O.Box 8197 Amman Jordan; either delivered by hand or dropped in the tender box in a sealed envelope.

Deadline for tenders is 3pm local time, 29th April 2016.

Tenders must be valid for at least 1 month.

Good legal and financial standing.

At least one reference (previous client contact)

Well known and reliable brand name with full availability of warranty services, services and spare parts in Jordan capital area.

Proof of good legal and financial standing.

Certificate of registration or business number in the country of location.

At least one reference (previous client contact)

Technical specifications and evaluation criteria are defined in the request for tenders.

The Request for Tenders is available and will be sent via e-mail for all interested bidders, please contact mhammoudeh@kua.fi in order to receive it.

All bids should be sent to the FCA Office to the address mentioned in this notice by the deadline 29th April 15 pm local time. Tenders must be valid for at least 1 month.

There must be a mark service available in Jordan.

Possible questions should be sent to mhammoudeh@kua.fi by 15th April. The answers to all questions will be sent at the same time to all the bidders who have requested for the request for quotation and sent their contact information (e-mail) to the same address by 15th April.

Vehicles shall be delivered to Amman in two weeks after the signing of the contract. Freight and delivery costs shall be included in the price.
