The delivery is for the hire of railway engines with drivers for transporting
site personnel to construction sites on the Ofot railway with additional services. A
framework agreement will be signed for one year with an option for 1+1+1 year.
Hire of train transport for work personnel on the Ofot railway with additional services.
— Hire of engines or similar with authorised/certified drivers
for transporting personnel to construction sites on the Ofot railway.
— The offered material must have the capacity for a minimum of 40 persons.
— The main period will be in the construction period, which is mainly in the period weeks

— The usable time on the stretch is from approx. 3:00 — 10:15*
— The starting point is up to a six day working week (normally not
Saturdays)*.
*This can vary slightly from year to year. The changes will be taken up through
call-offs and through taking up options.
In the remaining parts of the year the transport can be used for assignments ordered by
JBV.
If needed, e. g. for site inspections, tenderers shall be able to provide HSV
(Main Safety Guard)/LFS (manager for electricity safety) as a part of the service.
Tenderers shall also be able to offer shunting services (e.g. moving railway carriages).
