Roll-to-roll (R2R) device for measurement system testing according to this invitation to tender. Roll-to-roll (R2R) testing line will be an extension of PrintoCent Pilot Factory (PPF) infrastructure which is designed for developing and commercializing printed intelligence technology. Purchased R2R line is dedicated especially to the measurement and controlling systems development conducted at the University of Oulu. It has to be compatible with existing R2R devices belonging to the PPF. R2R testing line has to be modular to enabling possiblity make modification testing line for the future purposes. Installation at Oulu University Optoelectronics and Measurement Techniques Laboratory, Oulu, Finland (has to include to the total price). Training has to be given right after the installation (has to include to the total price). The specific requirements for the device are given in the Appendix 2.
