Short description

Supplier conference for the procurement of multi-functional cards, an administration system and card readers in Bergen municipality.

The registration deadline (via the communication module in Mercell) is Tuesday 26 January.

Bergen municipality would like to procure a system for multi-functional cards and an administration system that can cover different functional needs in Bergen municipality. The system shall, amongst other things, facilitate the implementation of the following electronic services:

— Access to buildings and sites;

— Canteen payments;

— Registration of hours worked;

— Secure print outs/print and copy;

— Access to the municipality's ICT systems;

— Electronic signing;

— Electronic message exchange. We would first like to procure multi-functional cards with the accompanying administration system for use in the town hall quarter in Bergen municipality. In addition card readers shall also be procured for the town hall quarter's 12 buildings. In the long term we would like the multi-functional cards and the administration system to be expanded for use where the municipality has a functional need that can be covered by the system.
