Aalto University is conducting research on thermophotonic energy transfer in compound semiconductors. We seek thermal imaging equipment that enables very high thermal resolution thermal imaging of microscopic to 1 cm2 scale samples using optical and electrical excitation and lock-in techniques (LIT). The equipment must be suited for the imaging of compound semiconductors, and provide a complete solution that includes the synchronized excitation sources needed for LIT.
